Compliance with Firearms Laws
Your purchase is subject to all federal and state firearms laws, including:
Federal Requirements
All firearms must be transferred through a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer (FFL).
You must complete a Background Check/NICS and sign an ATF Form 4473.
We will not ship firearms directly to your address unless an in-home transfer is permitted by law in limited circumstances — see section 5.
Florida Requirements
You must comply with all Florida statutes governing firearm purchases, background checks, waiting periods (if applicable), and concealed carry/firearm possession requirements.
You understand that non-compliance with federal or state firearms laws may result in denial of the transfer, criminal penalties, civil liability, and forfeiture.
Order Process and Firearm Transfers
Firearms
If you order a firearm, you must use an FFL holder to complete the transfer.
You must provide the FFL information at checkout.
Firearm shipments will only be sent to your designated FFL.
Other Products
Non-firearm merchandise (e.g., accessories, optics, parts) may be shipped directly to your address in accordance with applicable laws.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Firearms transfers to an FFL may take longer due to processing, background checks, and compliance requirements.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or FFL.

Returns must comply with our Return Policy posted separately on the Site.
Firearms returns require prior authorization, inspection, and may incur restocking fees.
